Ingredients and Preparation
- Prepare indoor or outdoor grill.
- In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
- Place chicken tenders on a plate and coat with 2 teaspoons canola oil. Then rub with spice mixture.
- Grill chicken tenders for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Serve with barbecue sauce.
