Largo, FL - Largo Medical Center has the distinct pleasure of welcoming Maggie Miklos, SPHR as its new Vice President of Human Resources. Miklos comes to Largo Medical Center from Northside Hospital, in St. Petersburg, where she has been the Vice President of Human Resources since 2004. Before then, Miklos was the Director of Human Resources at Palms of Pasadena Hospital, also in St. Petersburg, having held that position for almost 17 years.

“When it comes to expertise in the development of hospital employees, Largo Medical Center is privileged to have the opportunity of having the expertise that Maggie will bring to the table,” said Anthony Degina, CEO, Largo Medical Center. “Her leadership skills will assist us in moving forward with the values that Largo Medical Center employees and physicians consider to be of the utmost priority in the care we provide.”

Miklos received her education and degrees from right here in our community. She received her AA in Business Administration from St. Petersburg College and her BA in Business Management from Eckerd College.

Miklos assumes her new role Monday, July 14, 2014.
