(Largo, FL) – When people in our community think about therapy or rehabilitation, they think Largo Medical Center. Now Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation have moved to the Largo Medical Center - Indian Rocks Road campus.

The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is designed for people who have heart disease who are recuperating from heart-related conditions or surgeries such as a heart attack or open heart surgery, angioplasty and other interventions. Pulmonary Rehabilitation is open to individuals recovering from chronic lung conditions or diseases such as COPD, asthma, chronic bronchitis, pulmonary fibrosis and other pulmonary diseases.

“Largo Medical Center cardiac and pulmonary rehab patients are lucky to have a team of such specially trained staff who assist the patient in customizing a treatment program based on one’s specific needs,” said Traci Klauka, Director of Cardiopulmonary & Neurodiagnostics at Largo Medical Center.

Also at the Largo Medical Center – Indian Rocks Road campus, there is a comprehensive Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitation program helping get people back on their feet when it comes to physical, occupational and speech therapies.
