The Cancer Program at Largo Medical Center has been continuously accredited by the Committee on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons since 1981. Only one in four hospitals that treat cancer receive this special approval. It is a recognition of the quality of our comprehensive, multidisciplinary patient care and treatment.
Our Cancer Program provides a wide range of services to cancer patients in all stages of diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation, as well as comprehensive support services. The cancer care groups at Largo Medical Center are committed to a continual process of improving the health and care of the cancer patient - striving to adopt the best patient care practices for our community and our patients.
